NEW: The Solomon Islands
This remote, seldom-traveled country in the south western corner of the Pacific was a major WWII battleground and is considered one of the worlds most exotic dive destinations. Barracuda _D854202-Edit
These were photographed at around 100 feet. Several different types of barracudas were encountered on many of the dive sites. Barracuda can be extremely difficult to photograph because of their high reflectance, which causes hot spots in the photo. Rendering in B&W can sometimes make the hot spots less objectionable to viewing.
